Wow. Yarn is really expensive. I think I'll be making the most expensive afghan ever, but if it helps me forget about the headaches, it will be worth it. In any case, it's going to be gorgeous. Well, the giant patch is now off my left eye, but my vision is so wonky that I'm probably going to wear a less giant patch on my right eye until the next surgery next Wednesday. She went to bat for me today and got me an appointment TOMORROW with the neurologist!

I've decided that I'm going to start using this journal as my old kind of diary, just writing my thoughts and feelings and not really thinking about anyone else.
